Move more, feel better - at your pace, in your space.

Hi, I’m Sam — and I’m passionate about helping people feel more comfortable and confident in their bodies through movement.

As we get older, staying active becomes more important than ever. It helps us maintain strength, support our joints, and keep doing the everyday things that matter to us.

But I also understand that traditional gyms aren’t for everyone. They can feel intimidating, busy, and sometimes like you need to be “fit” before you even walk through the door.

That’s exactly why I created The Movement Project.

I offer simple, supportive exercise sessions in the comfort of your own home — no pressure, no crowds, and no expectations. Just a calm, friendly approach that starts where you are and builds at your pace.

Whether you’re completely new to exercise, returning after a break, or just want a more relaxed and personal way to stay active, you’re welcome here.

I’m a fully qualified and insured fitness instructor, so you can feel safe and supported every step of the way.

I offer gentle personal training across Essex and Hertfordshire and North / East London.

The main towns I cover are including Bishop’s Stortford, Sawbridgeworth, Much Hadham, Ware, Henham, Hatfield Heath, Hertford, Stanstead Abbotts, Stansted Mountfitchet, Hoddesdon, Cheshunt, Harlow and Epping.

Sessions are designed for people who are new to exercise, returning after injury, or looking for a more supportive and less intense approach to fitness.

Home Movement Session

An hour-long session where we can work on building your strength, fitness, balance, and mobility. I’ll work hard to make sure every session is tailored for you and builds on what we’ve done before.

I’ll bring everything we need to make the sessions work best for you - you just need to have a space for us to work in.

Group Movement Session (Coming Soon)

The chance to work on your strength, fitness, balance and mobility in a small and supportive group, with like-minded people.

Working in a group means we can also chat and have fun at the same time as exercising - what’s not to love?
