Home Movement Session

An hour-long session where we can work on building your strength, fitness, balance, and mobility. I’ll work hard to make sure every session is tailored for you and builds on what we’ve done before.

I’ll bring everything we need to make the sessions work best for you - you just need to have a space for us to work in.

Group Movement Session (Coming Soon)

The chance to work on your strength, balance, fitness and mobility in a small and supportive group, with like-minded people.

Working in a group means we can also chat and have fun at the same time as exercising - what’s not to love?!
